People from all over the world visit my private Wellness & Massage and Yoga Studio which is located next to the Duke's castle in the medieval center of Uzès. We have discussions together and we choose health and vitality for you, restoring your body's natural and physical balance as it fits you.
I combine the sacred system of natural healing of our ancestors with bodywork techniques, mostly massage therapy and Yoga wisdom as a part of a traditional holistic system of healing methods that are more than 5,000 years old.
I'm educated in Patanjali Yoga Sutras and we use the principles of the Yamas and Niyamas in the studio.
