Fear

Fear is an emotion that everyone experiences, me included. It is completely natural. Fear is here to help us to respond to threats in our lives. It has a protective function (flight or fight response). We, humans, have this reaction that protects us from upcoming danger. It is our survival mechanism which is very exposed nowadays. We are worried that something bad is going to happen all the time now.



Fear happens when we function from our mind and not from our heart. We have to move from our external mind into our internal mind to connect more with our heart. When we can't connect deeper in the heart, with our deeper minds, we start to have fear. Fear separates our internal minds from our external minds.




Fear could be an unpleasant tension in our bodies; fear could be the root of our stress, anxiety, nervousness, low self-esteem and insecurity. Fear is deep and powerful. Fear operates in sleep too. It can come from our subconscious mind. It flows, it has its own movement. Fear causes us to feel anger or to feel insecure, and these can be stored in our bodies that later cause frustration, criticism, and jealousy. We feel uncertain, not safe, scared, we have doubts etc; all of this can lead to general unhappiness causing a lot of confusion. Hate is fear. Fear keeps us not moving forward but rather keeps us stagnant. Fear of the future, fear of growing old and fear of our death is the strongest fear we experience. Nowadays we live in the society of fear and we are sicker, constantly stressed, exhausted and unhappy more than ever.


So how does one cure fear, anger, criticism, impatience or unworthiness?

First, let's be aware of our fear. Let's not treat it like our enemy but with love and try to understand why we feel fear at that moment? What is scaring us? Life and its changes? Or are we scared of taking responsibility for our feelings? Why are we constantly scaring ourselves with negative thoughts? Why don't we focus on what we want? We have to learn how to disconnect ourselves from our external minds (our logic thinking, our I-ness, our senses) and start connecting ourselves to our internal minds ( clarity, love, calmness, wisdom, light) closer to our hearts. Disconnection from our external direction so the internal direction can be activated.


What is your fear?

Fear from your insecurity, expectations that creates stress, pressure and later illness.

Fear from illness like cancer in the future

Fear from death, the unknown, anxiety and fear of future

Fear of being criticized, judged negatively from people

Fear of loss - job, money, age, health, relationships, loved ones ....


I think that trying to get rid of fear quickly is a bad approach. It will come back and you will be starting over and over again. If you have a panic attack or anxiety or stress in your body, try to embrace it. Lovingly hug yourself and say: " It is OK, this shall pass, everything is fine." Even if everything is not fine, you are sending positive affirmations to the Universe, and soon the positive energy from the Universe will start working for you. Thoughts of the past and future are made of fear - be in the present moment more often and you will not have fear.




Keep hugging yourself, close your eyes and breathe, do a short meditation, and the panic attack, the fear, may start to dissolve. Empower yourself with positive sentences (affirmations) during your meditations, feel where the tension is in your body and place your hand on that spot. Feel the warm energy coming from your hands into your body.

" I accept myself as I am. I approve myself and I love myself. I'm aware of my fear, thank you fear for trying to protect me but now you can go. Thank you. I'm safe, relaxed and comfortable. I release all fear now! "


Have a detachment from everything you do - people, relationships, job, things, etc. - then fear will start to disappear. We have fear from loss - loss of people,jobs, money, things ..... - just detach yourself from it and focus more on yourself, your heart, go "inside" instead of being "outside" all the time.


Have thoughts mostly in NOW, the present moment, don't focus so much on the past nor the future.

The power is in NOW. Detach yourself from your insecure feelings of "what is going to happen, what to come" = the future


Have faith - in yourself, in the higher cosmic intelligence, the higher power who protects you.

Where there is faith, fear can't be.


You can't remove fear completely because it is your survival mechanism, you need it to live but you can reduce fear by living and thinking in the present moment and having faith.



In my Wellness & Massage and Yoga Studio I teach people how to reduce fear, how to connect (yoga) to their inner minds and be closer to the power in their hearts, how to focus in the present moment and how to detach from fearful past or future thoughts that are hunting them constantly. How not to have attachments to any relationship," just take them easy".


Results: More happiness, more confidence, more health and more beautiful and stronger body, healthier kidneys and other organs, better sleep, younger looking skin and hair, better posture, positive moods, more smiling and NO FEAR !
