How do we deal with stress? How do we get rid of this kind of fear? This negative tension in our bodies?

We can:
- create loving positive thoughts
- take responsibility for own feelings
- lovingly embrace life's changes, and not to be afraid of them
- learn how to concentrate better ( meditation )
- find our inner peace (meditation )
- have quality sleep at night
- learn about massage
- take care of our gut
- move and exercise
-say positive affirmations during the day
What else can reduce stress?
Nice, calming music, being with friends or people you like, laughing a lot, eating quality organic food, getting enough sleep, practicing hand mudras, using essential oils, paying more attention to colors in our daily lives ( green, blue are great colors to reduce stress), walking barefoot , watching the clouds move, practicing grounding meditations............
