In summer you can try to go to sleep early and wake up early. It is recommended to drink warm beverages to lower the body's heat storage. After drinking a warm beverage like tea, we sweat more and we cool down as the sweat evaporates from our skin surface.
Drinking ice cold water often can imbalance your body, it can harm your stomach with contractions. It can also affect your respiratory tract and it can even cause cancer.
But don't forget to drink lot of water during summer, just try to avoid the icy cold water.
Also try to avoid water in plastic bottles that are left in the heat for a longer period of time.
It is recommended to eat cold foods like salads and green vegetables. Focus on foods that support the heart like cooked vegetables, avocado, apricots, cucumber, tomatoes, watercress and whatever is in season.
Pay attention to your heart in summer. Place your hands on your heart area often and breathe. You can also gently massage the heart area first clockwise and then anticlockwise. Stay calm, listen within. Inhale, exhale, slow breaths. Appreciate the green nature around you. This would make your heart strong and will support your blood flow.
