I would like to introduce you to the very simple technique of Thymus Gland area tapping. I use it when I feel I'm coming down with a cold or feeling very tired.

The Thymus Gland is a pinkish-gray-two-lobed organ situated above the heart, in the upper center of the chest. It generates T- lymphocytes which are a type of white blood cell that helps the immune system fight off illness and infection. Several hormones are produced by the Thymus, the most studied of which is the hormone Thymosin. It activates the immune system by working with T-cells ( T-lymphocytes), and it also controls the body's metabolism.
The Thymus Gland grows until puberty, when it begins to shrink. Later in life, further shrinkage is typically due to stress or illness. The immune system produces most T-cells during childhood, and produces less and less after adolescence.
Tapping the area around your Thymus keeps it healthy and stimulated, which is very important for your immune system and for awakening your body's energies. You also are boosting not only the immune system but also the meridian system in your body. It can also help to stimulate blood flow to the gland.
How to tap?
Use your thumb and fingers ( or your first three fingers) and tap gently on top of your sternum above the heart area. Don't worry about the precise location, just tap the area with your fingers. Breathe slowly but deeply. In through your nose, out through your mouth. Keep gently tapping for 2-3 minutes, breathing normally.
Place both hands in the center of your chest and focus on your breath.

To your life energy!!
