Trees are an excellent source of energy. Especially in Autumn, they can help us to get more vitality and strength to get ready for Winter. Trees can absorb negative energy and convert it. Like converting Carbon Dioxide into Oxygen.
When you walk in nature you probably have noticed how you feel walking where there are a lot of trees. You feel relaxed, calmer, and happier. Your stress levels go down and you feel more peace in your heart. The green color of nature is around you and you breathe in calmness and peace. You notice the animals, like birds or insects around you or you pay attention to the breeze moving the leaves on the trees. You feel safe and nice in nature!

When you are around a tree you pick up its energy and vibration. The energy of a tree can affect your energy and so your feelings (feelings of peace, feelings of being more centered). There is the air energy around a tree but also the grounding energy because its roots reach deep into the earth. Sometimes when you feel down or upset, full of negative emotions, you can go for a walk and find a big strong beautiful tree with huge long roots going into the earth. You can say to the tree: " I want to be like you - strong, healthy, centered and grounded." You can see how your posture improves by looking at that tall, old, strong beautiful tree with its many branches and roots beautifully positioned and standing there for a while you can see the respect that this tree has from the animals that use it for their shelter or just to provide them with shade.
Trees give us wood and some of the fruits. We need them mostly for Oxygen to breathe to be alive.
MATREOCA BODY PROGRAM WITH TREES:
It doesn't matter which tree you choose. A tree with leaves or a pine tree - they all have different energy. Let the Universe leads you to the tree you need during your walk.
I personally like trees close to water.
Spinning:
Find a tree and start to move your pelvis in a circle. Move your hips. Get you body moving gently. Breathe and feel the energy from your tree and its roots and also focus on your lower chakras when moving your hips in circles. After a while you can feel calmer and more centered. Anyone can do hip circles. They strengthen your pelvic floor and low abs, mobilize the spine and hip joints, help with the pain in that area, your pelvis muscles will not be stiff anymore, your digestion will improve and your 1st and 2nd chakra will be clearer.

Now focus on your navel, make circles paying attention to the navel area, place your palm on your lower belly and feel the energy while spinning. Spin 9 times and backward 9 times. You will feel warm and nice. The energy around you will improve, you will feel beautiful!
Now let's make number 8 sideways (figure eight). It improves your balance. Keep spinning, keep moving your hips. Gently and lovingly! Every atom inside of your body is spinning with you. You are making a beautiful connection with energies moving in the orbit.

Now shift your weight from one hip to the other, moving your arms up in the air like you are dancing. Make a sideways figure eight with your arms , keep dancing, follow your body, feel the energy. This helps the left and right brain feel better.
Cross over energy pattern:
This is a great exercise to get your energy back and to improve your coordination.
Each of our organs holds a cross-over energy pattern. We have to be sure that our energies flow in a crossover pattern, the energies should cross over in your body to have a 100% vitality and health. I believe if your energy runs only straight up and down, and doesn't cross over, you can't heal very well.
Pretend that you are marching. Lift your right arm and left leg. Than switch sides.
See pictures below. Breathe deeply (out through your mouth) the Autumn air and feel the energy from the surrounding trees.
When we are tired or ill, our pattern switches to same-side (up and down) in our body, so we need "to cross"!!! If you have depression often, you have to put the energies back where they should be, it means they have to cross. We have to repattern our energy back to the vitality. Doing this exercise 2 or 3 times a day for 40 days you will feel great and more healthy! You will have more energy and no more depression.

Hug a tree:
When you hug a tree breathing deeply, pay attention to your body inside. You will start to feel calmer and your stress will slowly leave your body. Your levels of oxytocin will increase. Breathe deep into the belly. Feel your feet on the ground like the roots of the tree going down. Your negative energy travels down to the roots to be recycled by Mother Earth. You are standing (you're connected) between the heaven and the ground and the tree supports you. Let the new healing energy of Mother Earth flow through your feet into your body.

Now visualize a channel flowing from above your head, through your body into the earth below your feet. Inhale down through of your head, throat, heart; let the breath settle down in your belly. Then, from the belly, exhale down the legs through your feet into the earth below.
On the next breath you inhale from deep the earth below your feet, visualising that the roots of the tree providing you with all the energy and nutrients you need. Breathe that energy into your belly and exhale up through the heart, the throat and out of the top of the head. Practise this moving of your breath up and down inside your body several times.
Squats
This morning exercise in nature gives me a lot of energy for the rest of the day!

Doing squats with the help of the tree for balance support. You can start doing slow simple squats and when you feel you can squat even more.
Squats are one of the best movements for woman, I think.
They help with correct posture to strengthening your back muscles. They can improve bones, joint muscles. They can improve digestive system, improve balance, legs. Squats increase oxygen and blood flow around the joints, they tone your body and say goodbye to cellulite. These movements bring more energy into your body and make your legs sexy!
Sitting squat on the tree roots
This is actually a great internal organ massage. Great posture to practise for people who need help with elimination. Make yourself comfortable in a squat position on the root of a tree. If you are barefoot it is more beneficial for soles of your feet, because the roots can massage your feet and you can feel the energy coming from the earth and the roots. Spread your feet as far apart as you like, be sure your feet are on the ground.

Breathe deeply, as your breathing can massage your internal organs and "clean them."
Relax and stay in the pose as long as you wish. You can put your arms wherever you feel comfortable. I like to place my thumbs on the third eye and relax. See picture below:

There are more movements you can do with the help of a tree - use your imagination. It is refreshing to do these movements in the early morning, all year round but especially in the Autumn there is a magic into it. You will have energy, feel healthier, happier and stronger. You will think more clearly and if you are ill you will heal faster.
Do these exercises every morning in September, October and in November you can feel the first results! You will be ready for Winter!
These energy exercises are easy, for beginners and any age group (children with learning disabilities may also benefit). But to be sure you always consult your health care provider before starting any new body movement program!
Have a beautiful healthy Autumn!
