Photons are tiny particles made up of electromagnetic waves. They are the smallest parts of electromagnetic energy, packets of light energy. Light is photons. They are produced and absorbed in our body at high rates. Our cells emit light when they perform their functions. Neurons in the brain and spinal nerves produce photons.
Waves are created as a result of vibrations between an electric field and a magnetic field.
A magnetic field is an area around an electric current or changing electric field in which magnetic forces are observable. The magnetic field is produced by moving electrical charges. An electric charge is a physical property of matter that causes it to experience a force when placed in an electromagnetic field. Two objects come into contact or are rubbed together.
An electric field is an area that surrounds electrically charged particles. An electric charge which can be positive or negative produces an electric field.
Flowing electrons produce a magnetic field and spinning magnets cause an electrical flow. Magnetism is an attraction of the same objects and aligning them in a magnetic field.
Photons, together with the electrons, make up atoms, which make up molecules. Atoms are the basic particles of the chemical elements. They consist of a nucleus of protons and neutrons, surrounded by an electromagnetically bound swarm of electrons.
There are atoms from different stars in the Universe, different galaxies and for billions of light years those atoms drifted through space before they finally came together in our solar system and clumping together under the action of gravity they formed the Earth and everything on it.
Our body is a reflection of our photon and electron pattern. Our body is composed of atoms of hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, calcium, iron - it is all a combination of neutrons, protons and electrons. When we die - our atoms are recycled by the decay process of the body and pass back into air, water, and soil. Some of these atoms are ingested by food, water, air = it has been a part of a food chain for millennia.
In the universe, when two atoms are heated and compress so intensely that their nuclei merge into a new element, we talk about a fusion of two atoms. This process leads to the creation of a photon, a light particle released from the sun. Photons are born in a nuclear fusion when hydrogen cores smash together to make helium. A huge amount of energy is released in the form of photons but photons don't have a mass. Sunlight is made up of photons. The Sun is made up of 70% of hydrogen, 28% of helium, 1,5% of carbon, nitrogen and oxygen, 0,5% of neon, iron , magnesium, sulfur and more.
The universe is made up of energy in varying wavelengths, vibrating in different frequencies. The highest frequencies are pure light (photons). The energy is vibrating at different rates of speed and thus has different qualities, from finer to denser. The universe is expanding in energy, and new dimensions are coming to be. When a dimensional division occurs in the universe, it causes an explosion (Big Bang). Each new dimension has a higher energetic vibration than the last.
Thought is a fine, light form of energy and therefore very quick and easy to change. Matter is relatively dense, compact energy, and therefore slower to move and change. Energy is magnetic. Energy of a certain vibration tends to attract energy of a similar vibration. Thoughts and feelings have their own magnetic energy which attracts energy of a similar nature.
Our body is composed of many different energies and frequencies.
Your life is a reflection of your energy, your own consciousness. Energies are always affecting each other in a constant exchange. Our body is a reflection of our photon and electron arrangement. We can influence or move photons and the electrons within our field, our aura.
We need to increase our awareness of our Self inside of the body and our aura. To be more internally focused, more Self-centered.

We need to increase photon density by concentrating on our Self in the Heart area. To open our Heart Chakra. Allow ourselves to feel. Awakening the light inside of you. It is ready to shine. The more positive energy, love and light we put into imagining what we want, the more it begins to manifest in our lives.
In my wellness studio I teach how to breathe slow, long with nice longer exhales, how to have your spine straight to help the energy to flow and makes it easier to create a deep alpha wave pattern. We practice relaxation, visualization, and affirmation. You will start to channel the energy to your higher self. It is all a part of my Matreoca Body Program with my clients and students.
